1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

- The product is unused and in its original condition.

4. Return Process

- Go to your order history.
- Contact support and provide your order details.
- Submit photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Wait for return approval instructions.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund may take additional time depending on your payment provider.
- Approved COD refunds may be processed through alternative methods.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
- Cancelled before shipment → Full Refund.
- Already shipped → Return procedure may apply.
- Orders in transit cannot always be cancelled immediately.
7. Damaged Or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return.
- Our error → We cover return costs.
- Customer preference return → Customer may bear shipping costs.
