  • Approved COD refunds may be processed through alternative methods.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Cancelled before shipment → Full Refund.
  • Already shipped → Return procedure may apply.
  • Orders in transit cannot always be cancelled immediately.
