At ChinaDropify, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely across the UAE. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to all emirates across the UAE:

• Dubai
• Abu Dhabi
• Sharjah
• Ajman
• Ras Al Khaimah
• Fujairah
• Umm Al Quwain

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via your account. You can track your order anytime through:

• Your My Account page → Track Order section
• The Track Order page using your tracking ID

5. Couriers We Use

We work with trusted UAE logistics partners including:

• Aramex
• Emirates Post
• DHL Express
• FedEx
• UPS

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, weather, or courier delays
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct before placing the order
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all UAE emirates
